The fully fitted kitchen features a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and ample crockery and cutlery. A wall mounted telephone is also located in the kitchen. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board is also provided. The breakfast nook is within the kitchen area for informal meals.
The Great Room has a remote controlled ceiling fan, sofas and occasional tables for relaxation, and entertainment centre comprising upgraded cable television and DVD/VCR. The beautiful glass dining table is adjacent to the kitchen serving area.
We have a games room with pool table, indoor basketball game and electronically scored darts. The front and back entrances to the villa are ramped as is the internal entrance to the games room. All doors are sufficiently wide to allow a wheelchair through.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, reading lamps, clock/radio and telephone with answer-phone. Additional security is provided for by a floor mounted safe in the walk-in closet.
The en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit, wall-mounted hairdryer, garden tub and handicapped accessible shower with built in shower seat.
The second master also has a king size bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps, a clock/radio and a mirrored dresser. This amply sized room has fitted wardrobes and includes an upgraded cable television/DVD. The en-suite bathroom includes a vanity unit and shower tub with adjacent linen closet and direct access to the lanai.
We have a further 2 rooms that both have double beds, but our 5th bedroom contains twin beds, television, X-box, chest of drawers and reading lamp. The third bedroom faces the front and features a queen size bed, reading lamp and fitted wardrobes and a television/DVD. The en-suite bathroom includes a vanity unit with shower tub.
