Golf View Villa Florida is a four bedroom, three bathroom villa which can comfortably accommodate up to ten people.

It is situated on the prestigious, award winning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club complex and boasts superb south facing views over the fourth fairway from the oversized private pool deck and spa.

Quiet, beautiful Southern Dunes is itself a highly rated championship golf course and is ideally located in the Central-Disney-Orlando area, a golfer’s paradise. The recreational facilities are second to none and include a Clubhouse with restaurant, bar and pro shop, tennis courts, children’s play area, lake and communal pools.

It is situated approximately 40 minutes from both Orlando and Sanford International Airports and 20-30 minutes from all the major attractions of Disneyworld, Seaworld, Universal Studios, and Florida’s latest theme park Legoland. Busch Gardens and the Gulf and Atlantic coasts can all be easily reached in around an hour and wider parts of Florida are easily accessible. However, if you prefer you can simply sit back, relax and take in the view, a round of golf or a stroll to one of the nearby lakes to watch a Floridian sunset. It really is a wonderful location.

Our modern, stylish villa features an open plan design with fully fitted kitchen, comfortable dining area, breakfast nook and large family lounge area with new leather furniture (providing an extra double bed if required) giving it a highly spacious feel and the tiled floor helps keep the villa comfortably cool throughout the summer months. Slider doors lead directly to the private pool and jacuzzi, fantastic for providing relaxing time out from the theme parks for guests keen to make the most of the stunning view and a truly wonderful spot to sip a cold drink while dipping your toes after a long but magical Florida day out. There is ample seating, shade from the sunshine and pool heating available (rates apply) for those who require it and a child safety screen which limits the pool access for younger children.

The villa is fully equipped with the wireless internet access, T.V. and entertainment systems and the garage has recently been professionally converted into a games room featuring pool table, foosball, basketball and dart board. There is still off road parking available for two cars.

Our villa also has the advantage of having two master bedrooms, both with en-suites, one of which has direct access to the pool deck. There are two further bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a third bathroom. All the bedrooms feature large built-in wardrobes and ample drawer space.

Besides the superb Golf Course and Clubhouse (which is perfect for a spot of lunch!) and all the other facilities on the complex, there are also a number of amenities in the immediate area including a large Walmart superstore and other shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.

We've been to lots of places but nowhere comes close to Florida in terms of pure family enjoyment and bonding time. From the first time we visited when the children were really small and overwhelmed with excitement at the prospect of meeting their favourite characters every vacation has been a magical experience for us.

These days there is nothing better than a day of white knuckle rides followed by a chill out and dip in the pool in the evening with a pizza and glass of wine ....... unless of course we're having one of our lazy days in which case it's a book and sun lounger for me, splashing about like mad things for the kids and a round of golf for Hubby.

It truly is a fantastic place for all our family and friends, young and old to enjoy their time together.
