just off Highway 27, within easy reach of main highways to either coast and major international airports - one of the most desirable locations
in the Orlando/Disney Area.
Besides an on site free guest club house, there is so much to do and see within a short car journey. Florida boasts an abundance of lakes
and golf courses, some of which are accessible within a 5 minute journey. Glenbrook itself also has a small lake with fishing
facilities. Theme parks are plentiful and travelling time varies between 10 - 45 minutes, Disney World being the closest. Open un-spoilt countryside, orange groves, cycle trails, gardens, water sports, museums and nature reserves can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes and beaches at either coast in approximately1 hour. Within a 5 minute car journey are essential amenities such as pharmacies, banks, supermarkets including Walmart, Windixie and Publix, post office, a doctors surgery, hairdressers and restaurants. Shopping Malls can be located on the major highways.

Our spacious single story Florida home is fully air conditioned and has been tastefully furnished to high specification. Selections have
been made by an interior designer for perfect colour co-ordination in every room.
The KITCHEN has a seated breakfast area and is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher,
toaster, coffee maker all of modern design. Tableware is also plentiful along with non breakable items for patio/deck use.
Club House Facilities
Guests can access free of charge community resort facilities all within a 5 minute walk if desired. These include tennis and volleyball
courts, gym room and swimming pool, lake with fishing. The clubhouse itself has a large screen TV, DVD player, computer with internet access & kitchen facilities. A games room at the clubhouse has pool and air hockey tables. DVD hire can be arranged for a small refundable deposit, Fishing rod loan is available to use at the small lake in Glenbrook.
Programs with a small fee include intermittent organised children’s activities and a shuttle service to the theme parks which can be
obtained from the club house manager.
The POOL is situated at the rear of the property at the rear of the property with a SPA (Jacuzzi) at its furthest end. The pool is
electrically heated (though this is optional). At night, the pool can be illuminated making the area look very enticing. We have a large
extended DECK/PATIO, which is equipped with pool side furniture. There is a detachable child safety barrier. A Gas BBQ is situated in one
corner of the patio to accommodate el fresco lovers.
A GAMES ROOM with table tennis and darts is for resident use if required which connects by an integral door to a utility room and the
rest of the house. The UTILITY ROOM is fully equipped with a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
There are 2 LARGE SITTING ROOMS, one overlooking the pool and patio area with a large mirrored wall. The second lounge is at the front end of the property which makes it an ideal proposition for two families sharing, if they are engaged in different activities. Both have
tastefully extended dining areas, being within easy reach of the kitchen. There is cable television, DVD and a CD player. There is a
free internet connection (bring a lap top) and free international phone calls UK, France, Italy, Spain & Ireland (excluding mobiles) and free
phone calls to all of USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.
4 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, 2 of these are master ensuite, one overlooking the patio and pool area. The further two bedrooms have twin beds in each, TV and access to a further family bathroom, giving a total of 3 BATHROOMS. One master bedroom has a further TV. All bedrooms have large wall cupboards.

Although the area is very safe, there is a burglar alarm and smoke
detectors are present within the villa.
