Within Orange Tree community, there is a recreation area which has 1st Class Tennis and Basketball Courts and a Soccer Pitch, for your use Free of Charge For the younger ones there is a Tot Lot where they can play, of course your supervision is always advised.

The Great-room is open plan, large and spacious, and fully air -conditioned with cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan.

The Dining area is well appointed and has comfortable seating for 8.

The Lounge area has a 3 seater sofa (queen size sofa bed) , a 2 seater sofa/loveseat and armchair. There is a coffee table and two matching side tables. Opposite is the entertainment unit which houses the cable TV, Radio/CD player and an assortment of Games for the family. There are French Doors to the rear (step out into the sunshine) which lead to the covered lanai/patio and pool/spa areas. There is a child safety guard across the lanai to keep your little ones away from the water's edge. Child supervision is always advised.

The Kitchen/Nook is light and spacious with views over the Orange Grove. It has comfortable seating for 6 and is fully equipped. This Gourmet kitchen has plenty of work space and cupboards and is fitted with top of the range Maytag appliances, which include stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker. Ice is always available for those long cool summer drinks or a little something on the rocks! Opposite is the Utility room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

1st Master Bedroom with American King Size Bed and Full En-suite. Enjoy this luxurious bedroom with its' rich dark furnishings. There is a dresser with mirror above and bedside units. It has views over the orange grove. The En-suite has a Walk in Shower, Deep Tub, his and her vanity unit, walk-in wardrobe with a fitted Floor Safe for your Free Use. There is Direct Access to the Lanai / Pool Area.

2nd Master with King Size Bed and En-suite also has direct access to covered lanai/patio - pool/spa area. Enjoy this tropical theme bedroom with its' beautiful furnishings and American King Size Bed. There is a built in wardrobe, dresser with mirror above, bed side units and TV cabinet. The En-suite has a shower over the bath and vanity unit. There is a cupboard in which you will find towels for the pool/spa and baby bedding. A Cot and Highchair are also provided at No Extra Charge.

3rd Master Bedroom with En-suite. This room is in the front of the villa and has a American Queen Size Bed and En-suite with a shower over the bath and vanity unit. A hairdryer is provided. There is a built in wardrobe, 6 drawer dresser with side table and TV/VCR.

There are 2 Twin rooms with Two Single Beds in each. In between them is a shared bathroom, with a shower over the bath and vanity unit. A hairdryer is provided.

The Winnie-the-Pooh theme room is bright and cheerful. There is a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV/VCR.

The 2nd Twin room has a Mickey and Minnie Mouse sat on the bed, but is a little more grown up. There is also a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV/VCR.

The Covered Lanai/Patio area has great views over the open 5 acre recreational park and Orange Groves. It is south facing. There is a table with 6 cushioned seats for your comfort and outdoor dining. There is a child safety guard across the lanai for the protection of curious little children.

Pool/Spa Side. There are 4 cushioned sun loungers so you can relax and soak up the Florida sun or cool off and swim in the luxury private pool or relax in the spa. There is also a Bar-B-Q for your outdoor dining (look out for the Disney Fireworks display in the evenings). A Large Screen Covers the Pool/Spa - lanai, which adds to your comfort during the summer months. Florida State Law requires the Child Safety Guard to be supplied, but if you do not require the Child Safety Guard in position it can simply be removed and rolled away.
