Welcome to Glad2cu our Florida villa located at Tower Lake, (Just off highway 27) set in a private gated community of stunning executive homes which are nestled around a natural lake with fishing pier/dock (Great for those evening strolls).

Only 15 minutes drive to Disneyworld and other main theme park attractions. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away and Sanford Airport approximately 1 hours drive. For your essential shopping needs there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart, numerous fast food restaurants, banks, petrol stations & beauty salons just 2 -3 minutes drive away, as well as the highly rated Southern Dunes Golf Course & Country Club.

Our villa has been beautifully furnished throughout with that home from home feeling, but having the extra luxury of two master bedrooms with en-suites leading out onto the pool area, a private south facing pool & spa, superb games room. Plus the added benefit of being in Florida, America's Sunshine State, making this the ideal holiday vaction for both summer & winter alike. The open-plan lounge is bright and spacious and offers ample scope for relaxation, with views of the pool from the sliding patio doors. It is tastefully furnished with two and three seater sofas plus an armchair, coffee table and a multi-channel cable TV and DVD player.

The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, dishwasher, cooker/hob, microwave, and all necessary appliances. The table & chairs sit in front of a window in the dining area; from this area access is gainted to the laundry room with american style top loader washing machine & dryer. The villa also boasts a second lounge/den which is completely separate from the main living area, for those wanting some peace & quite or additional accommodaiton, as there is a double sofa bed, also TV and DVD player. There is plenty of accommodation to sleep upto 10 people, so it is an ideal villa for two families to share or to allow grand-parents to be invited on a once in a life time holiday. We have arranged Free International Calls for our villa guests. (No more hunting for phone cards).

Finally, our friendly management company are on hand to answer any questions and are available 24hrs a day in an emergency

The main master bedroom is large and airy with views of the pool and direct access to the covered lanai and pool. It has a king sized bed with a ceiling fan above, a walk-in wardrobe, there is also a TV and cordless telephone in the room. The second master bedroom also has views of the pool and direct access to the pool area. It has a queen sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and TV. It also has its own luxury en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, single basin vanity unit and toilet.

The games room is equipped with 7’ pool table, 7’ air hockey and fussball table for your enjoyment. Bar stools are provided for you to relax and watch the action !!!!!

The private, fully screened, south-facing swimming pool and spa are perfect to cool off after a day at the theme parks. We have a covered lanai with ceiling fan to keep you cool whilst dining al fresco. The extended deck area with its luxury pool furniture including sun loungers and chairs are perfect for those wishing to stay at home and relax for the day.
