Villa Features
Stunning 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive villa with conservation view to rear. This property has recently been upgraded & decorated to executive standards.  Located in a prime position on the renown Highlands Reserve Golf Community, it’s the perfect place to spend your vacation.   Laid out on two floors, the villa is ideally suited for a group of golfers, or families visiting Florida’s many attractions.  The villa provides the space, comfort and accessibility to make your stay one to remember and create memories that will

The spacious , fully air conditioned accommodation boasts:

  • Exceptionally spacious open-plan living area furnished with designer leather sectional sofa and chaise lounge. There’s an entertainment centre housing a new 50 inch flat screen HD TV with theatre-surround sound, linked to multi-channel HD cable system and a Blu-Ray DVD player!  Double patio doors lead out to the fully screened oversize pool with conservation view beyond.

  • A formal dining area.

  • Fully-equipped kitchen with loads of cabinets and plenty of food preparation space.  Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
  • Kitchenette seating area for eight, with additional barstool seating around the counter worktop where you can gather to enjoy a leisurely breakfast together.

  • The oversize private pool is large enough to swim a few laps, or to have fun playing with the kids.  There are loads of inflatable pool toys to amuse the children and the adults.  The deck has luxury padded chairs and loungers, so enjoy a peaceful day relaxing by the pool in privacy (since we have no rear neighbours).  The pool also has underwater lighting so you can take full advantage of it after a busy day at the theme parks or on the fairways; or stay at home and enjoy a barbecue with a few beers on a warm Florida evening.

  • Off the main living area we have a luxurious master double bedroom and adjacent ensuite. The bedroom has a gorgeous sleigh bed, plenty of drawer space and TV.  There’s direct access from the bedroom onto the pool deck, so it’s ideally suited for guests with mobility difficulties.

  • Off the lobby area is a separate sitting room which serves as our sixth bedroom, and a nice place to go if you want some piece and quiet. The designer sofa doubles as a rollaway double bed and there’s adequate closet space. The room also has a computer desk with free high-speed internet access, so just bring your laptop and keep in touch.  There’s a TV, video DVD player and PS2 console to occupy the children (or adults).  We also offer free local and national phone dialling.

  • Double garage converted to a games room, equipped with snooker table, air hockey game and pro-quality dart board.  Foosball and basketball games are awaiting assembly ready for our spring guests.

  • Upstairs, we have a sumptuous oversize master suite with king-size bed and walk-in closet.  Within the master suite is a nursery room and we offer free usage of the full size cot within.  The large master bathroom has a corner bath, separate w/c, and his-n’-hers vanity areas with dressing room lighting.

  • Mickey & Minnie Mouse themed bedroom has two twin beds, Mickey-style TV with DVD player and a walk-in closet.

  • Likewise, the Little Princesses room is colour coordinated in pinks and lavenders, and has two twin beds, Princess-style TV with DVD player and walk-in closet.

  • There’s a fourth bedroom upstairs with twin and full-size beds.  Since we are located on a golf community, this room has a golfing flavour.

  • The family bathroom is conveniently located and comes with double washbasins, bath and shower. There are loads of extra towels throughout so you can use your precious baggage allowance to bring more important things.  Likewise, we offer free usage of a couple of baby strollers and a high chair.

  • With grandchildren of our own, we also know how important it is to make them safe and secure.  The patio doors and back door are equipped with pool alarms and the villa itself is equipped with state-of-the-art security surveillance system.  Our management company is based on Highlands Reserve and will ensure that the villa is professionally cleaned before and after your occupancy. They will also respond should you have a maintenance problem during your stay.

  • 8 miles from Disney (about as close as you can get to the magic!!!).

  • Daytona Beach about 90 minutes away.

  • The fabulous Gulf coast beaches about 1½ hrs away.

Highlands Reserve is an established, mature community, set amongst rolling hills, pine woods and orange groves.  Our stunning villa will easily accommodate 12 guests in comfort and is available for rental all year round.  Behind the villa there’s a conservation area of pine trees and no rear neighbours, so you can swim or sunbathe in privacy in our oversize heated pool! We’re also located across the street from the first fairway of a Mike Dasher-designed 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course, within four hundred yards of the clubhouse, pro-shop and first tee, and only two hundred yards from the community swimming pool, all-weather tennis courts and children’s play park.  Within a three minute drive is a shopping precinct with Publix Supermarket, hair & nail salon, numerous take-away restaurants and cafes, and the ever popular Applebee’s restaurant. Ten minutes away we have a Super Wal-Mart, Walgreen’s, Chilli’s Restaurant and some excellent steakhouses!
