Location - You couldn't be in a better area. Our villa is situated on The Hamlet, West Haven which is a small gated community with beautifully landscaped communal areas. As you enter West Haven down the palm tree lined boulevard, you soon realize this is one of the newer, more up-market communities.
The villa is only minutes away from Junction 58 of the I4 giving easy access to all the theme parks, golf courses, and shopping areas. Only 15 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Universal and Seaworld and a few minutes drive to the Champions Gate area where you will find prestigious golf courses, large Publix supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, fast food outlets,gas/petrol stations and a bank.
If you wish to visit one of the many fantastic beaches found in Florida these are only an hour's drive from the villa.
Accommodation
Bedrooms - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
(1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full/Double, 2 twin beds in bedroom 4). All bedrooms have ceiling lights and fans, TV with DVD and plenty of quality bedding/linens.
Bathrooms - Ensuite bathroom to Master Bedroom with two basins, separate WC, garden tub/bath and walk-in shower. 2nd bathroom is adjacent to Queen bedroom with single basin, shower over bath and WC. 3rd bathroom is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 and has single basin, WC and shower over bath.
Family Area/Lounge -32" TV with Cable, DVD/VCR, Stereo, PS2 with games and good selection of DVD's, books, board games, lots of general Florida tourist information, restaurant menus and Florida guide books.
Kitchen - Everything you could possible need and more if you wish to prepare meals at home. You won't just find the bare essentials in this home ! Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large cooker, microwave. Separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board
Dining Room - Lovely dining table and chairs with seating for 8 should you wish to enjoy a more formal meal.
Games Room - Newly completed games room with 8ft pool table, air hockey, foosball table and set of golf clubs.
Pool Area - Private pool with large extended pool deck (one of the largest on The Hamlet.) Quality patio furniture - 4 sunloungers, 2 reclining chairs with footstools, 2 small drinks tables and large outdoor table with 4 chairs and parasol. The pool area is bordered by a fence at the back and shrubs at either side for added privacy. There is also a community pool as you enter the private gates to The Hamlet.
All furnishings, bedlinen, etc are of the highest quality. We have added many extra little touches as we were determined that our second home wasn't going to become just another "rental" villa. This is, after all, where we too enjoy memorable hoidays just like our guests. There is a safe which is free of charge for guests to use. We have also added a travel crib/cot, highchair, baby rocking chair and Graco stroller/pushchair which guests with younger members of their family are welcome to use free of charge. For child safety all patio doors and windows are alarmed and there is also a removable child safety fence around the pool. Should you wish to bring your own laptop we provide free high speed wireless internet connection.

We require a £100 deposit (non-refundable) to secure your booking unless booking within 8 weeks of departure when the full amount is payable. A cleaning fee of £50 is payable for stays of 5 nights or less.
Discounts given for stays of 3 weeks or more. If you require pool heat in the cooler months the rate is £85 per week. For rates in US Dollars, please contact us.
