The second master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a Queen Size Bed, Cable TV and adjoining en-suite Shower room. - Ideal for Elderly Guests. Bedroom 3 has a King bed and there are two twin bedrooms, which share a family bathroom.
There is a large Family Room with two sofas and a large 52"TV/DVD with a CD Stereo. The spacious, open plan, fully equipped Kitchen has everything you will need to prepare anything from a snack to a full family meal, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer with icemaker and water dispenser, Oven and Microwave. The utility room is a separate room with Washing Machine and Dryer. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Nook area for informal dining which overlooks the pool deck. For the safety of your children, there is an alarmed door to pool area, and safety fence.
