Welcome to Mickeys Watersong Villa which is a brand new 2 storey home available for rent from September 2008 on the exclusive gated community of Watersong. For our guests we have a fabulous home with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms that has been upgraded throughout to a very high standard. Our home has 2 Living Areas, 2 Dining Areas, Laundry Room and Games Room and not forgetting that all important upgraded 30x15ft south west facing pool and spa ! As our home is on a conservation lot you have some wonderful views from the pool and spa area. Why not sit at night after a hectic day at the theme parks and watch the sunset from the spa.

In one of our 2 living areas we have what we call the family room that has a supply of board games, books, DVDs. CDs and the Xbox 360 and games. Perfect for chilling with the children or let them have fun whilst you relax in the other living area. There is a Games room also that has a pool table, ping pong, basket ball game and air hockey for some fun times.

Pool and Spa Area One of the main features of the villa is the great South West facing pool and raised spa with oversized pool deck with plenty of luxury sun loungers, plus 2 sets of table and chairs for when you decide to eat al fresco. For a more relaxing night there is a conversation set also. To enter the pool and spa area you go through the patio doors from the kitchen/nook area. These doors have been alarmed for safety reasons so that for added peace of mind no young children can enter the pool area without you knowing it. The Lanai has also been upgraded to cover the entire length of the house, so if that Floridian sunshine gets too hot there are plenty of cool spots to escape too. Perfect for the kids and adults alike. If you prefer to soak up those rays then you will find plenty of padded sun loungers around the pool and spa area. The Pool has been upgraded to oversized 30x15ft and both the pool and raised spa area have had their heaters upgraded so that a swim or relax in the spa during those winter months can be achieved without effort. The pool also hs a safety fence fitted to help keep your children safe.

Our home as 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite and are all equipped with hairdryers and straighteners. There are 2 master suites with king size 4 poster beds, 2 queen suites with large queen beds and 2 themed room which as perfect for the children and teenagers in your party. Each themed room sleeps 3 in each and has been designed in Mickey Mouse and Neverland themes. All bedrooms have flat screen Tvs with cable and DVD players are also provided.
