Orlando Sky Villa is a new 5 bedroom, 3-bathroom villa built in July 2004 and is located in the quiet community of Silver Creek Clermont. This new development is ideally located for access to the many theme parks, golf courses and amenities the area has to offer, while still retaining a sense of quite and calm.

The villa is individually styled and furnished to a very high standard and, with the capacity to sleep 12 people it is ideal for one or two families who wish to enjoy the experience of a Florida holiday in style and comfort.

After a fun filled day at the theme parks or on the golf course, what could be better than a swim in the extended pool? Or maybe relax in the spa overlooking the conservation area with a drink, and conclude the evening with a game of pool in the extensive games room.

Bedroom One - Air conditioned : Master bedroom, which is over looking the pool. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large shower, walk in wardrobe, king-size bed and cable TV. Ceiling fan and hairdryer. The walk in wardrobe also contains a travel cot with bedding and a high chair, which are provided free of charge to our guests.

Bedroom Two - Air conditioned : 2nd Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, large wardrobe, king-size bed and cable TV. Ceiling fan and hair dryer.

Bedroom Three - Air conditioned : Over looking the pool the third bedroom has a queen size bed, large wardrobe and cable TV. Ceiling fan.

Bedroom Four - Air conditioned: The fourth bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobe and cable TV. Ceiling fan.

Bedroom Five - Air conditioned : A second bedroom with twin beds, this room is themed for children and has an X-Box with various games to keep them entertained. Again the bedroom has wardrobe storage, cable T.V. and ceiling fan.

Bathroom - Air conditioned : The main house bathroom is ideally situated with access to the pool. No need to come through the house dripping! This bathroom also has a bath and shower.

Games Room : To help keep everybody occupied should the sun get too hot we have installed a games room which features hockey table, table soccer and an electronic darts board with soft tip darts. Two large fans are provided to help keep you cool while you sit on the stools sipping an ice cold drink watching the children playing pool. There is also a large selection of children’s games.

Also situated in the games room is a large capacity-washing machine along side a large tumble dryer.

Storage cupboards: Various storage cupboards in the villa contain everything you need to make your holiday a little easier. Items such as an iron and ironing board, bath and hand towels and all bed linens are provided. We also supply towels for use around the pool.

Pool and Spa : Outside is a large private screened-in pool area with extended 30ft x 16ft pool and spa, which overlooks a conservation area. The pool area is Southeast facing and the pool and spa can be heated if required. For your children’s safety a safety fence is provided. Quality padded pool furniture is also provided for use around the pool. A covered lanai area with a fan and light is ideal for al-fresco dining or offering shade and a place to relax after a fun filled day in the theme parks.

Security: For your peace of mind the villa is fully alarmed and codes will be supplied to enable our guests to use the alarm system.

A gas barbecue is available to hire should one be required. We have a local Management Company on hand who make sure the villa is spotless for your arrival and if you need any help while you are staying at the villa.

Family Room - Air conditioned : The main room has patio doors overlooking the pool and lanai area, comfortable furniture including sofa and chairs and a queen size sleeper sofa. For your relaxation there is a large screen cable TV and DVD/CD player. There is also a formal dining area with a large glass dining table and chairs and ceiling fan.

Kitchen Area - Air conditioned : The fully fitted open plan kitchen also has a dining area with table and chairs with stools providing further seating behind the breakfast bar. The kitchen comes complete with all the appliances you would expect in a luxury villa such as cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, coffee maker, kettle and toaster etc. There is also a full array of crockery, pans, cutlery and everything you could need if you feel the urge to cook.
