The Champions Gate complex - a professional golfing resort - hosts a large supermarket, restaurants, hair salon and other useful shops and is only a 5 minute drive from our home.
Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away.
Bedrooms: There are 2 double bedrooms, both complete with TV's which have Cable TV and DVD players and en-suites.
The twin room has 2 twin beds, again this room comes complete with a Spongebob TV with built-in DVD player and Cable TV.
Bathrooms: Both the double rooms have en-suite facilities, with a double walk-in shower in both.
The third family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Kitchen: This villa comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer along with all other essential equipment required for a cosy night in should you wish.
Utility Room: There is a separate utility area which hosts the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: The main living area has a TV with cable, a DVD with a small selection of DVDs and there is a music system available should you wish to listen to some radio or. The large 3 seater sofa also converts to a bed should you require.
Other: There is a separate dining area with a formal dining table. This home also has a games room, complete with pool table, electronic basketball 'shooting hoops' game and an electronic dart board.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and all bed linen are provided. Extra maid service can be provided, however, this is subject to an additional charge.

Our home is fully licensed with the State of Florida for short term rental and is cared for by our professional Management Company, who are on hand to assist our guests whenever required.
We are sorry but no smoking or pets are allowed in our home.
