Property Description:
The Magnificent Seven has a large, vaulted family room with ceiling fan to relax in during the day or evening, with sumptuous leather sofas, stunning furnishings and lamps, and a 56" DLP HD large screen cable TV and DVD player with surround sound - so you can watch your favorite movie, or play your most loved tunes on the stereo system provided. If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in our separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables, together with lamps.
Living Areas:
If the kids get up before you….then let them play with in the games room, or join them to play on the pool table, foosball and air-hockey tables, or enjoy a game of electronic darts (children should be supervised at all times). The European-style kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area or at the breakfast bar that overlooks the lanai...so that you can sip your OJ while looking out at the rising sun.
Master Bedrooms:
Sleeping accommodation at The Magnificent Seven is as fabulous as you could wish for, with two separate master bedrooms that each provides spacious comfort. Both of the upstairs and downstairs master have a sleep-soft king-size bed, dresser and nightstand, with 20"cable TV and DVD player, telephone, clock/radio and closet space. Each of these master bedrooms also provides its own master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and toilet. Two further junior master bedrooms offer queen-size beds, with dressers, nightstands, TV’s with DVD players and ample closet space.
Other Bedrooms:
Each of the remaining bedrooms offers the perfect night-time dreams for the children, or the young at heart with 3 twin beds, nightstands with lamps, dresser with 20"TV and DVD and closet space, plus adjacent bathrooms.
Exterior:
When you want to soak in that Florida sunshine...then you've picked the perfect spot! If you want to relax, either step into the bubbling raised spa pool, or have a swim in the crystal-clear waters of the private and optionally heated pool. Both the pool and the spa can be optionally heated. If you’re too tired to swim...then simply lay back on one of our comfy loungers or reclining chairs, or sit around the table for a family al-fresco meal together. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.BBQ available upon request.

The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of amenities itself, which are complementary available to guests of the Magnificent Seven. The 4,000 foot club house, with an optional shuttle service (separate charges apply) to the attractions, work out room, sauna, computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool, video game room, along with children's play area and Tikki Hut is the perfect place to get to know other families. The Clubhouse is close to a trail for walking, jogging or biking that winds through the community's natural woodland setting.
