Our villa is located 2 miles from Interstate 4 (exit 58) just off Old Lake Wilson Road (CR545) in the community of Thousand Oaks, which provides easy access to all major theme parks. Disney World is within 15 minute drive. Champions Gate (with small shopping complex) the new Greg Norman Golf Course is only 5 minute drive, with a number of other golf courses within 30 minutes.
Set on a large corner plot, this villa is a spacious, open plan single storey dwelling. Master bedroom with queen-sized bed has an en-suite bathroom with roman bath and roomy shower. A large walk-in closet, Cable TV and VCR. fhere are double doors to this bedroom making it extremely easy access for wheelchairs or for guests with walking difficulties. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 with screened patio doors leading to pool area) and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. In the lounge there is a sofa bed that converts into an additional double bed.
Lounge area is very spacious and open plan with screened patio doors leading to the pool area. Cable TV and DVD/CD Players, stero/CD Player.
Air conditioning, telephone (free local calls, long distance calls can be made by using pre-paid phone card). All bed linens and ample fresh towels (with spares) are provided.
The kitchen is well equipped with large self-cleaning oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and waste disposal unit and electric can opener. There is a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and drinking glasses. Tea towels, dishcloths and oven mitts are also provided. The villa also has a full size washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The pool area and decking run the complete width of the villa, (approx. 58'). The fully screened 30' x 15' pool with spa and substantial decking area are there for your enjoyment. Imagine returning from a fun-packed day at the theme park or a heavy day at the shopping outlets and taking a refreshing dip in your very own pool, or just relaxing beside the pool taking in the last of the Florida sunshine!
