Our luxurious villa is situated on the exclusive resort of High Grove which is a beautiful new development of Mediterranean style homes. Comprising of high quality, executive villas in a superb setting yet only a short distance from many championship golf courses, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Ideally located off Highway 27, High Grove is less than 10 minutes to Walt Disney World and 20 minutes to SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Guests staying here also benefit from free entrance to Bahama Bay less than a mile away. Bahama Bay is a 5 star Caribbean themed resort with excellent facilities.

This 2700 square foot villa is fully air conditioned and has been furnished to the highest standards by professional interior designers. It comes with every modern convenience intended to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There are 5, very spacious bedrooms. 3 of these are doubles and 2 have twin beds.

The master suite has a HUGE King Size Bed,large walk in closet, separate sitting area and en-suite bathroom with large oval bath, double shower and twin basins. A hairdryer is supplied for your use. A cot and high chair are also supplied at no extra charge for infants.

There is a total of 3 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom.

Activities: Bahama Bay is located on beautiful Lake Davenport and has a sandy beach, swimming pools, pool side bar, tennis courts, gym, beauty salon, mini cinema, internet cafe and much more. Please note: an extra charge applies to some of the activities, ie. beauty salon.

Area: Orlando International airport is 35 minutes away and Sanford is approximately 1 hour. The villa is only minutes away from shops, restaurants, golf courses and supermarkets.

Downstairs you will find a formal living area, formal dining area, open plan family room and a fully equipped, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, large walk in pantry and much more.

There is a laundry room with full sized washer and separate dryer, iron and ironing board.

The family room and the dining room both have patio doors leading out to the pool area. Both of these doors are alarmed so you are alerted if you children wander out to the pool without your supervision.

The villa occupies an over-sized corner plot and faces South West so the pool and spa benefit from sunshine from early morning right through to the evening. There is a covered patio/lanai area if you need a break from the hot Florida sun.

The 14ft x 26ft pool looks out over a community green so benefits from extra privacy. The pool and spa are fully enclosed by a fine mesh screen which allows the sun to penetrate but keeps unwanted insects out. The patio is fully equipped with table, chairs and comfortable padded sun loungers.

For the comfort of our guests we request that you do not smoke inside the villa, however, please feel free to smoke on the patio area.

Unfortunately, due to allergies we cannot accept pets.
