The third King Bedroom also has a King size bed with top quality pillow-top mattress and overlooks the pool deck. This bedroom also has a 19" Cable TV/DVD player. This bedroom and the Twin Room with Mickey and Minnie theme share the third bathroom, which has a washbasin, toilet and bath with overhead "rainfall" shower.
The fourth bedroom is a Twin Room with Mickey & Minnie theme. This room also has a 19" Cable TV/DVD player.
Our home has a beautiful oversized pool and pool deck. The outlook is very Floridian - looking out at green grass and palm trees. The Virtual Tour on our website allows you to see this for yourself. The built in spa is wonderful to relax in after a busy day in the parks. The pool/spa is gas heated which is the most efficient form of heating, particularly in the cooler months. There are loungers ad sun chairs on the pool deck, plus glass topped table with chairs for our guests to eat al fresco. There is also a ceiling fan on the lanai which provides extra comfort on warm sunny Floridian days and evenings. We also provide a gas Jenn-Air BBQ
Our Formosa Gardens Villa is a luxurious four bedroom/three bathroom Executive home set in 1/3rd of an acre within the prestigious gated community of Formosa Gardens Estate genuinely 2 miles (around 5 minutes) from Disney World.
Our home is designed to accommodate up to eight guests (six adults and two children) in superb comfort. It has a spacious family room and also a separate living room/den. Our home also provides a permanent high-speed internet connection
The main Family Room is equipped with a widescreen high definition Cable TV/DVD. There is also a central stereo system and we have very comfortable leather sofas.
The Living Room/Den is situated just off the main Family Room. Here, you can sit and quietly read, or watch the 32" Cable TV/DVD. There is a Library of DVDs, both for children and adults. This room also has a desk with a permanent high speed internet connection.
There is a formal dining area which seats six people in comfort, buth guests often prefer to eat either at the breakfast nook overlooking the pool, or outside on the lanai enjoying the Floridan weather !!
The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance from a dishwasher and ice making refrigerator to a toaster, coffee maker and blender. We are confident that our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen where there is a full-size washing machine and full-size tumble dryer. We also provide a steam iron and ironing board.
We also have an air-conditioned Game Room which has a full-size slate-bed pool table, foosball (table football), Games Table and its own stereo system. This is a fun place for all ages !!
The 2 Master Bedrooms are both ensuite (private bathrooms) and both have King size top quality pillow-top mattresses. Both bedrooms are equipped with 19" Cable TVs with DVD players, and one of the Masters has direct access to the pool deck. The bathroom to this Master Bedroom has a bath, washbasins, walk-in shower and separate toilet. The second Master Bedroom also has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet..
