Two of the double bedded rooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a further full bathroom with WC and a separate WC downstairs.

The villa is private to the rear where the pool is situated.

Security fence around the pool for the protection of the little ones.

The villa has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout.

$125 per week. Refundable Security Deposit of $200 payable with balance.

Deposit of $150 per week to secure booking.

Charge of $120 for less than 5 days stay.

There is a separate dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar leading to a good size living room with twin sofas and additional seating.

From the living room there is direct access to the private pool which has deck space with outside table, chairs and loungers. The master suite bedroom is on the ground floor and overlooks the pool area.

There is a separate Games Room including full size Pool, Fusball and Table Tennis Tables plus Electronic Darts Board. Complimentary barbecue, high speed internet and enhanced TV channel package (live UK news & sport). Utility room includes large washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
