Pool Deck - The pool area is fully enclosed by a massive 60' x 28' Florida fly screen. The fly screen allows the sun to shine through, while keeping the insects and bugs out. Privacy hedging, large palm trees and a rear wall offer complete seclusion from neighbouring homes.
The pool is offset in the deck allowing plenty of room around the pool area and the large 38'x16' pool has steps and a separate heated spa that can seat up to eight people. The three large interior planting areas around the deck help to maintain that feeling of luxury and well being.
Both the pool and the spa can be illuminated and heated and children's safety alarms and pool screen are added features.
