LOUNGE - A peaceful room for relaxing in after a busy day, the lounge has both a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa that doubles as a sleeper for one or two people. In this room, we have put in a CD stereo system, and a there is a formal dining area.
KITCHEN & UTILITY ROOM - The fully equipped fitted kitchen includes electric range, microwave oven, dishwasher, US-sized refrigerator and bar area with stools. The separate Utility Room has individual washer and dryer machines, with iron and ironing board included
FAMILY ROOM - A large room, with patio doors which open out onto the Pool deck. In addition to the dining table & chairs, we have included several comfortable sofas. A large screen TV, video, DVD and Playstation are provided for your entertainment, with a library of films & games for your enjoyment.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - Four luxurious bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twin). The two master bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and walk-in closets. The third bathroom serves bedrooms 3 & 4. A Television set (cable) is included in each bedroom.
POOL & SPA - The fully screened swimming pool measures 13' x 26' with integrated bubble jet spa and waterfall feature. Loungers, chairs and patio furniture are provided, perfect for al-fresco dining and that relaxing poolside drink. Pool heating is available as an optional extra (only required in Winter).
GAMES ROOM - Fully equipped with 8-foot Pool Table, Foose Ball, Air Hockey & Electronic Darts. All equipment is to a professional standard for your maximum entertainment.
Beautifully furnished by Interior designers, our villa is expertly managed by a local Management Company, meaning that you are assured it will be spotless on your arrival, and someone local is at hand if you run into any minor problems during your stay.
