bathroom with WC, 'his and hers' wash basins, a walk-in shower cubicle and bath; and the other with King sized bed with wardrobe closet linked to its own bathroom with WC, wash basin, walk-in shower cubicle and bath.
Additionally there are 2 Twin Rooms, each with TVs, sharing a house bathroom with WC, wash basin, walk- in shower cubicle and bath.
If required, there is also a double sofa bed in the front lounge.
The separate laundry room has a washing machine and
dryer, together with an ironing board and iron.

All rooms in the Villa are carefully furnished to our own high standards with all bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery and utensils provided.
There is a formal lounge area,together with romantic dining area for those special nights in.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a full range of appliances. There is a large fridge/freezer, a family sized dish washer and waste disposal unit, and the electric oven and hob has a built-in microwave.
The main family room has a 27" TV and DVD, plenty of sofas and lots of space in which to leave the kids to play. You will find books and games in the cabinet for your enjoyment.
You will love the screened pool enclosure overlooking a conservation area and woodland, where you can relax on the pool deck. Table, chairs and loungers are provided. The 26' x 13' pool slopes from around three feet to five feet deep and has steps, a seat shelf and an underwater light.
All bedding and towels are provided as part of the package,
and our local agent will ensure the beds are made up and the villa cleaned for you before you arrive.
There is an in-house safe for the use of guests and the Villa has smoke-alarms throughout.
