We are proud to present our BRAND NEW VILLA (completed May 2005).
This is a brand-new, four-bedroom, three-bathroom, luxurious villa with a private, heated pool in a gated community which sleeps eight to ten people comfortably.
Many extras have been added for your comfort and we pride ourselves on the attention to detail we have provided for our guests. Linens and towels are provided.
2 Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms -The master bedrooms both have queen beds. Custom bedding with all new furniture and new, pillow top Serta mattress and full size crib also with custom bedding in the 1st master. Also in 1st master, New TV with remote (32 inch) with VCR/DVD player. This is located inside the matching armoire. Custom window treatments and custom made pillows all to match. Huge master bath with seperate tiled shower. Garden tub. 2 sinks. Huge master closet. Toilet is seperate behind door across from shower. Overlooks heated pool. 2nd master also has queen bed, TV and designer fabrics. There is also a chaise lounge that would sleep a small child. Private bath.
The 3rd bedroom is twin beds, and the 4th is bunk beds. Both of these bedrooms have Ralph Lauren bedding and custom pillows. There is a 3rd bath between these bedrooms. This villa will sleep up to 11 people. (Plus the full size crib and chaise)
Family room has queen sleeper sofa, sleeper loveseat, and leather rocker/recliner. Glass doors lead to lanai. The entertainment center includes a new 32" HDTV, flat screen TV. DVD player (also plays CD's) VCR and X BOX. Games, movies, books and magazines are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and decorated. French fabrics, Denby pottery, full size refrigerator with a water filtering system. Ice-maker and water are located on the front of the refrigerator. Dishwasher and microwave. Seperate Laundry room.

The pool area is fully screened and has beautiful Taylor Jordan furniture. There is a double chaise sun lounger and a single chaise. Both are very thickly padded and covered in the sunbrella fabric. The matching glass top table has 4 swivel, rocker chairs that also have very thick cushions on the back and bottom. All of this furniture is heavy iron and is gorgeous.
The interior of the house is designed, decorated and luxuriously furnished by a professional interior designer. Most of the furniture was ordered from the Dallas Furniture Market. Bed linens and towels are provided. Also provided for your convenience are very large pool towels. Provided for your use are also two strollers. One Maclaren and one heavy duty umbrella type. (We plan to put in a high chair soon.)

Our Villa is located in the brand new gated community of The Hamlet, West Haven. An excellent location just off the I4 at junction 58 - close enough to the 'buzz' of the theme parks and Kissimmee, but in a up-and-coming very exclusive area. Within gated community of the Hamlets they are building a communal pool and playground
The massive and very exclusive new golf resorts of Champions Gate and Reunion are minutes away, where you can enjoy 5 star luxury with the ever - growing resort facilities offered. Excellent location within easy access of all major routes around
Central Florida. In Champions Gate you will find a large supermarket (Publix) a variety of shops and restaurants etc. You will also pass the new Omni Resort and Spa which is located within a couple of minutes from this villa.

$300.00 Security Deposit is due on booking. When your vacation is finished, the property manager will perform an inspection of the home.
The security deposit will be refunded to you upon a safisfaction report from the manager.
Rental Payments.
The Total Balance of payment is due 3 months before your vacation start date. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the reservation.
This villa is strictly NON-SMOKING. Smoking is not permitted inside or Pool area.The entire security deposit will be taken as penalty if the Management Company discovers evidence of smoking.
