Enjoy the privacy of your own luxury home whilst on holiday. Our villa, Sunshine Palms, has four bedrooms/3 bathrooms with a south facing private pool and spa.
It benefits from on-site key collection avoiding the need to search for an off-site
management office - often after a long, tiring journey.
Sunshine Palms sleeps up to 10 people plus a baby. The villa has two master bedrooms, both ensuite, one with a king size bed, the second with a queen size bed. There are two twin bedded rooms. he well equipped family room overlooks the beautiful pool. All bed linen, towels including pool towels are included for guest's use. The furnishings of Sunshine Palms have been upgraded to give high standard and luxury feel for our guests.
You enter the home, carpeted throughout for comfort and quietness, into the
Lounge with two settees. (There are books and games in the chest of drawers for
our guests' use during their stay. Then there is the Formal Dining area which can
comfortably seat 4 adults. We've kept the formal lounge at the front of the home free from TVs/HiFis, to provide a quiet relaxing area.
Walking through the house you reach the well equipped Kitchen at the heart of the home. It has everything you'd expect from a microwave to a dishwasher, a blender to a waste disposal, from an ice-maker to a teapot. Ample china and cutlery are provided without having to keep returning to the dishwasher, including plastic glasses and tumblers for use outside by the pool.
At the kitchen there is a breakfast bar with seating for two. This area opens out
into the informal dining area. Here the table can easily seat 6 adults, but with chairs from the formal dining room and/or breakfast bar, 8 can sit together in this
area, especially useful for those special occasions such as Thanksgiving and
Christmas. A high chair is provided for our younger guests too. From this eating
area is the comfortable Family Room. Situated here are the entertainment facilities: 32" cable TV /video/DVD/ Stereo System/Playstation 2.
The first Master Bedroom, with a queen size bed, overlooks the gleaming pool
through patio doors. With a walk-in wardrobe (ideal for storing suitcases) and a large dresser there is cable TV/video, clock radio and telephone. The en-suite has two sinks, dressing lights, bath tub and walk-in shower. There is access from the bathroom to the pool area. A hair dryer is provided.
The Second Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe (again useful
for storing suitcases) and again cable TV/video and a clock radio. The en-suite
has a corner bath tub and walk-in shower as well as a hair dryer.
A baby crib is provided for young visitors and there is room for this in either of the master bedrooms.
The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms are both twins with cable TV/DVDs/electric digital clocks. Brightly decorated, neither is themed so are suitable for both children, teenagers and adults alike! The third bathroom is the Family Bathroom with a
walk-in shower and again has a hair dryer provided for our guests' convenience.
The Laundry Room is air conditioned and has a separate washer, dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. This room also has a door into the double garage for your use during your stay. It has an electrically operated external door for easy use.
The pool and spa (which can be heated-pool covered provided for winter months)is
filtered and kept clean by professionals. The pool furniture has been upgraded to give comfort and enjoyment during your stay. A safety screen in front of the pool/spa is provided for your use to protect babies, children and non-swimmers (no noisy pool alarms). This may also be taken down if not required. Pool and outside lighting by the lanai covered pool gives you privacy to enjoy warm evenings. The gardens are maintained by our gardeners with the grass being regularly cut. The house has palm trees and plants with an automatic sprinkler system to ensure it looks attractive all year through.
