The villa is light and spacious and is big enough for more than one family sharing. On the ground floor there are two living areas, the first has comfortable sofas and a dining room for more formal dining. This leads to the fully equipped kitchen including breakfast bar and second dining area. The kitchen has everything you would expect from a top quality home including fridge freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, cooker not to mention all the normal utensils required to make life easier. Leading from the kitchen is the second lounge area which has a comfy seating area and large screen TV, DVD and video. This room leads out through patio doors onto the pool area. This area has a large pool with Jacuzzi and an oversized deck which is enclosed. There is a covered lanai with a fan to keep you cool on those wonderful hot Florida days. There are plenty of loungers, tables and chairs for alfresco dining. The south facing pool has a fantastic view overlooking the lake and fountain.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and between them is a family bathroom with a bath and shower. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and a patio door leading to the pool area and the second room has twin beds. Also on the ground floor is a utility room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
Upstairs is the large master bedroom with king size bed which leads through an archway into the larger than average en-suite comprising of, oval bath, large shower cubicle, his and hers wash hand basins, vanity units and his and hers walk in wardrobes. The upstairs has two more bedrooms with a family bathroom between them with a bath and shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other is a twin. All the bedrooms have walk in closets, TV's and DVD players, and at the top of the stairs is a fun area which includes a TV and PlayStation 2 console.
The games room is located in the garage and has a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and an electronic darts board. For those of you who like surfing the internet we have high speed wireless internet access.
