This house is situated on the Glenbrook vacation resort; this is a new resort located within minutes of Disney World and all the major attractions Orlando has to offer. Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona Beach are a 75 minute drive, with the beautiful beaches of Clearwater being accessible within 80 minutes. Glenbrook is also close to shops and restaurants, but it enjoys a peace and tranquility.

The Glenbrook resort facilities are for the exclusive use of Glenbrook houseguests only. Recreation on site includes volleyball, tennis (equipment can be rented) and a large community pool with sunloungers. The clubhouse boasts a small air-conditioned gym, a gamesroom with air hockey and a pool table, together with a movie/media room with a PC, unlimited internet access and wireless. Within the clubhouse there is a full guest concierge service. Walk-in medical facilities are located 5 minutes away on the Highway 192 main road.

Master bedroom: king-sized bed, dresser, walk-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, 27" colour TV with cable and DVD player, telephone.

Very large en-suite bathroom to master bedroom: twin wash basins, shower enclosure, jacuzzi whirlpool roman bath, separate toilet, hairdryer.

Second master bedroom: queen-sized bed, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobes, 20" colour TV with cable and DVD player. Ensuite bathroom to second master bedroom: sink, toilet, shower, bath and hairdryer.

Third double bedroom: queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, 20" colour TV with cable and DVD player.

Fourth and fifth bedrooms: twin bedded rooms, each with: chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobes, 20" colour TV with cable. One twin room has a Playstation 2 with DVD playback facility (some games supplied), and the other twin room has an X Box with DVD playback facility (some games supplied).

Family bathroom: sink, shower, toilet.

Family room: 2 sofas and a reclining armchair, occasional tables, entertainment centre with absolutely massive 53" colour widescreen HDTV with cable, home theatre system which incorporates a DVD and CD player (some DVDs supplied), family board games and cards.

Back door which open on to the over-sized decking area and large south-facing pool and adjoining spa. Luxurious patio furniture and patio loveseat. This whole area is screened and lit at night. There is a safety screen which can easily be erected to prevent children entering the pool unsupervised. The back door also has an alarm fitted, alerting you of children possibly entering the pool area unsupervised. Pool and Spa heating available at an additional cost.
