There is a south facing enlarged pool and spa, plus a decking area for sunbathing that is not over looked.
The Disney games room is for all the family with a full size pool table and air hockey, plus lots of games.
Inside has been tastefully decorated in warm neutral colours. The living space is open plan with a large living room, kitchen and breakfast bar.
Close to the kitchen is the dining area that can seat up to 8 people.
The villa has a second living area, the den, which has a computer with internet access, TV with DVD and a playstation 2 to keep everyone occupied.
Cable TV is available in every room, with premier League football on the main TV.
The two master bedrooms have king size beds with access to the pool area, both are en suite.
The other two bedrooms are twins that have been themed with Winnie the Pooh and Mickey Mouse.
