This Indian Creek vacation home is situated on one of the closest residential estates to WDW. Just 3 miles from Animal Kingdom and 1 mile from Formosa Gardens shopping centre (mile marker 4 on highway 192) where you will find a selection of shops and restaurants – including Outback Steakhouse (everyone’s favourite), Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Carrabas.

Close enough to the parks to be able to pop back for lunch and an afternoon swim or rest before returning to parks for the evening entertainment – fireworks, parades and shows.

The villa has a central living room with access to all four bedrooms. Two master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. A further two twin bedrooms share a bathroom.

A large, fully fitted kitchen adjoins a spacious dining area. To the rear of the villa is a coverd Lanai, which leads onto the paved deck area with luxurious Jacuzzi and a private 26ft swimming pool.

MASTER BEDROOM has its own access to the pool area, a king-size bed, TV with built in DVD player, ceiling fan. The en-suite facility has a large corner bath, walk-in shower cubicle, double vanity unit, toilet, hairdryer and walk-in wardrobe.

2ND MASTER BEDROOM is equipped with a queen-size bed, TV with built in video player, ceiling fan. The en-suite facility has a bath with shower, large vanity unit, hairdryer and toilet.

2 TWIN BEDDED ROOMS. The back bedroom has a TV with built in video play and looks onto the pool and sun deck. The side bedroom has a TV and PS2 games console. The bedrooms share the full BATHROOM situated between the two bedrooms which also provides facilities for people using the pool and sun deck area.

LIVING ROOM contains a 3 seater sofabed, 2 seater sofa and an armchair, tables, a TV and video recorder / DVD player, CD player. PC with high speed internet access. Ceiling fan.

KITCHEN AND DINING. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, telephone. A range of kitchen ware safe to use around the pool and sun deck. There is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen with a further table and 6 chairs in the formal Dining area.

THE SOUTH FACING POOL AND JACUZZI measures 26ft x 13ft and is contained within its own screening. You also benefit from increased privacy as the pool and sun deck is fully fenced and not overlooked by other properties. The pool area is child friendly and has a security fence fitted to comply with Florida State Law. Pool heating is recommended from October – April.

GARAGE contains the washing machine and tumble and also games tables.
