Villa Betty Boo is on the prestigeous Hampton Lakes Community on Hwy 27 which is just off the 192. There is a large Publix supermarket within 5 minutes and all main attractions are within easy reach. - 10 minutes from Disney.
On site facilities include communal pool, Floodlit Basketball, Volley Ball and Tennis Courts, also 2 childrens play areas.
Our villa consists of four bedrooms, (two king size, two twin) two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, a lounge/dining room and family room with full American kitchen leading to a private heated swimming pool.
There is a telephone with all local calls free of charge (for long distance you can purchase a phone card from all major outlets and supermarkets) There is a table with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar seperating the kitchen from the family room.
The utility room contains a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner etc.
The villa is spacious, decorated and furnished to a very high standard in traditional Floridian style. It is fully air conditioned and can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. All linens and towels are included, there is also a 40 channel tv, dvd player, cd player and BBQ.
We have now added a BRAND NEW Games Room with Pool Table, Foosball Table, Electronic Darts and Basketball
The area has been magnificantly landscaped with an onsite lake, community pool, volleyball and tennis courts plus children's play areas.
Pool heating is available at an extra charge of £9/$16 per day (usually only needed Dec - Feb), also cots and roll away beds can be hired at a small charge.
