Welcome to Steel Villa Florida, our beautiful executive villa with upgraded furniture which is located 10 minutes from Disney, at the Retreat on Legacy Park. Our luxury fully air conditioned villa has 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, One King en-suite , Queen en-suite and two twins sharing a bathroom, also double sleeper sofa, which is ideal for two families, sleeping up to ten in comfort.

The villa has a large heatable south west facing pool, raised jacuzzi, extended decking, poolside toilet and plenty of chairs and loungers.

Our vacation home is within easy reach of all major themed parks, restaurants, shops are nearby. 192 is a very short drive away, where there are lots more restaurants/shops. Our villa is within 2 minutes drive from Publics supermarket, Chinese and pizza takeaways and within 5 minutes of a 24-hour Wal-Mart.

For the golfers Champions Gate is a mere 5 minutes away.

MASTER BEDROOM EN-SUITE

Lovely Kingsize bed with matching dresser, mirror, bedside tables, chez lounge, lamps and radio alarm clock. Also spacious walk-in wardrobe. Access to a large en-suite with large walk in shower, toilet with marble effect sink, and roman bath. Cable TV and hairdryer provided.

QUEEN BEDROOM EN-SUITE

Queen size bed, with matching dresser, mirror, bedside tables, lamps and radio alarm clock, Spacious walk-in wadrobe. Cable TV. Access to en-suite with toilet, marble effect sink, shower and bath.

2 TWIN ROOMS

Both bedrooms have twin beds with matching bedside dresser and bedside tables, and lamps. Both have fitted wardrobes and share a bathroom with shower and bath Both have cable TV.

FAMILY ROOM

Spacious family room, with patio doors, which lead out onto the extended decking to the south facing pool. Two comfy sofas (one of which is a sleeper) with coffee table, side tables and tv entertainment centre with large screen cable tv, dvd player, video, playstation and CD Hi-fi, perfect for relaxing with the family. For those wishing some quiet time, there is the formal living room.

FORMAL LIVING ROOM

Perfect for some quiet time to read a book, relax or just time to chat about the next day events, on our two large sumptious sofas with side tables and lamps, in this lovely room. Leading from this room is the

Round dining table with four chairs, perfect for a quick meal.

KITCHEN

Open plan ktchen with everything you would expect, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and all the crockery/cuterly/ pots and pans that you will require. There is also a breakfast bar with two bar stools.

BREAKFAST NOOK

This area is just off the kitchen with a large rectangular dining table with 6 chairs, perfect for family dinners.

UTILITY ROOM

This is a seperate room with washing machine, dryer, iron and board.

POOL

South facing heatable pool, raised jacuzzi with extended decking, with large oval table with seating for six chairs, plenty of sun loungers provided. Poolside toilet, which can be accessed from the kitchen and poolside (very handy).
