Tower Lake is situated to the north of Haines City.  It is an ideal locality for access to all of the major Orlando attractions as it is just off Highway 27, approximately 5 miles south of Junction 55 off I4 (Interstate 4).
Highway 27 has recently been upgraded to 6 lanes and unlike some of the older Orlando areas traffic flows easily and it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the Villa from junction 27.
Disney takes 20 minutes, Universal  - 30 and the International Airport  - 35.

Master Bedroom with US king size bed, en suite offers his and hers hand basins, deep corner bath, large shower cubicle and separate w.c.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed & en-suite facilities both Master & Second bedrooms have direct access to pool area. Both have TV’s.   The Third & fourth bedrooms are fitted with two single beds and share the third bathroom which has a bath, with shower, hand basin and w.c.

The lounge area offers seating for 6 and a double sofa bed.   The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD and cable.
The telephone allows free local calls.

All bedrooms have walk in closets and all have sufficient hanging space & coat hangers.
All linen & towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen, leads to the nook (breakfast) area, with seating for 4, the dining room has facilities to seat another six guests.

Additionally there is a laundry room with separate washer, drier, iron & ironing board.

The pool has a spa and swim jets. The jets allow you to swim, without going anywhere!!
The latest USA safety features are included, a removable safety fence is fitted and all the doors leading to the pool deck are alarmed. Giving peace of mind that young children cannot access the area without adults being made aware.

Al-fresco dining is a delight as the pool area faces west allowing the guests to enjoy the wonderful Floridian sunsets; sun loungers are also by the pool.

All the major Orlando attractions are easily found and reached from Tower Lake. Disney 20minutes, Universal 30 and the International Airport 35.

There are many local attractions not so well known. Cypress Gardens & Fantasy of Flight are nearby and are great alternatives.

Also nearby in Polk County are more then 20 wildlife and nature parks, 15 places for fishing with guides and 4 locations with cycling trails.

Water sports are in abundance, Airboats, Boat rentals, Water Skiing and Nature cruises can all be found in the vicinity.

Golfers have 41 courses in Polk county alone, many like Southern Dunes, 3 minutes away and DiamondBack have been used by the Pro Tours. There are dozens more excellent courses around the Orlando area, Florida is the ideal place to play all year round.

Shops and Shopping Malls are in abundance, from the exclusive shops at The Mall at Millennia to the numerous Outlet Malls where bargains can be found at any time, to the many speciality shops throughout the area.
