Situated on a large corner plot with a south facing pool, this villa has everything you could wish for in a holiday home. It overlooks a children’s play area which is seldom used as most families are out having fun at the parks. The area offers an excellent combination of quiet streets and little traffic. Because we are located so close to the Disney theme parks, you can come back to the villa for a refreshing dip in the pool, or just relax before returning back to the action in the theme parks.
As the pool area faces due south, this means that you will be able to catch the Floridian sunshine from early in the morning until late evening. This also means that you will be able to sit in the evening sun and enjoy a cool refreshing drink.
The villa is a single storey dwelling with 1755 sq. feet of living space. The home is fully air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and sleeps 8 people in the four double bedrooms, and there is also a comfortable bed settee in the lounge to accommodate an extra 2 people. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite.
The light and airy lounge which has a vaulted ceiling is 23’ 0” x 14’ 0” and has ample comfortable seating with tasteful furniture and a large ceiling fan. The sofa converts to a bed for extra guests. There is cable TV, a DVD/video player complete with a selection of films. There is also a CD / radio stereo system, with a small selection of CD's. There is also a choice of board games available. There are large patio doors at the end of the lounge which open out on to the swimming pool and patio via a covered lanai.
The kitchen size is 13’3” x 11’ 8” and includes gas oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, pantry and plenty of work space. There are all the usual modern appliances, and the cupboards are finished in a light wood with a ceramic tiled floor. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs in the breakfast nook. A door leads to the garage which contains the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. There is also a games area here which contains a pool table, table football and electronic darts.
The master bedroom is 16’ x 12’ and has a super king-size bed, bedside cabinets with clock radio alarm, large chest of drawers and cable TV as well as a ceiling fan. There is a sliding patio door which overlooks the lanai and offers additional access to the pool. There is a large en suite bathroom incorporating a large walk-in shower, garden tub, WC, vanity unit with his and hers washbasins with a large mirror with film star lighting at the top. This in turn leads to the walk-in closet that provides ample room for clothes
