You can work out in the purpose built fitness room situated in the clubhouse that has been specially built exclusively for Lake Berkley residents. The club house has its own communal swimming pool and lounges to relax and socialise in. There is also a Tiki Bar onsite

Our luxury villa is located on Lake Berkley Resort and is fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standard. It has a dining area and breakfast area with the kitchen fully equipped.
The lounge boasts luxury recliners for you to sit and relax and watch over 200 channels or dvd on our plasma TV. Through the patio doors you enjoy the fantastic pool area with ample decking and furniture to soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquil view of the lake and wildlife.
