Inspection Trips Arranged - New Homes
Here are the details of our 3 Night/4 day Inspection Trips - which for obvious reasons - are FREE TO BUYERS ONLY
The scheme is simple:
(1) You arrange and pay for flights to Orlando
(2) We arrange for you to stay in a luxury villa, for which you pay a discounted - off peak - price for a 3 bed/2 bath/pool home,
(3) Your total cost of flights and accommodation is refunded - UP TO a maximum of $1500 - when the purchase is finalised and you have taken occupation
With regard to the trip itself, we can provide a Welcome Driver to transport you from the airport to your luxury accommodation, then next morning (day 2) after a good night's rest and breakfast, you are taken by car to inspect the properties of your choice, finishing at lunchtime for an afternoon of reflection whilst relaxing around the pool.
On day 3, after more viewing and final choice of your dream home, some time is spent to complete the paperwork and pay your holding deposit. Dinner and cocktails in the evening concludes an exhilarating day.
On your final day - with an early start - there's time to do a few hours shopping before our Driver takes you back to the airport for the flight home
3 Nights/4 Days Itinerary:
1st day - airport pick up - rest and unwind
2nd day - looking at properties till mid-day - open US bank account then relax and reflect, around the pool
3rd day - final choice of your dream home - (newly built only - resale homes excluded) - signing of contracts, pay deposit - choosing your furniture package - dinner and cocktails
4th day - Early-bird breakfast (optional) - Shopping Trip (flight times permitting) - departure
